I may get desperate enough to do that!. LOL. My latest attempt at repair was to move the SSD's from Marvel controllers to the Intel controllers on the MoBo. I figured originally since Corsair was using the Marvel controllers on the SSD's than they would most likely be more compatible with those on the board. I of course may have been wrong. System seems stabler, one reported crash in the beginning, but no BSOD now for about 16hours. I am also installing drivers very carefully now and giving Windows a chance to assimilate everything at a nice slow pace. Like I said, I hate losing to Windows, and so far I never have!.

What are your thoughts on allowing the SSD's to shut down in power saving mode?. That was a problem earlier, would come out of Hybernation into a BSOD. Personally, I usually never shut the drives down, only the Monitor.

Some progress. Re-installed Windows completely. Re-installed all Mobo drivers one at a time, re-installed STEAM and all subsequent games, allowing for re-starts between each one. Status:
Achieved system stability. No more random BSOD's at night. Almost a week without any unusual activity. Still getting crashes with CODBO, but only when running in "Crossfire" mode. If I go into CCC and disable "Crossfire" I can play the game, so I think I've narrowed it down to a drivers issue, because I can play every other game I own with "Crossfire" enabled without crashing. I've sent all the important materials to Activision and am awaiting a response.
I am still willing to start swapping out hardware, but I have a feeling that every thing's working fine in that category. I'll post again when I know more.

try turning off the catalyst control while crossfire is enabled.

Glad you are stable Jim ( I mean the machines).............I would let it sit for a couple of weeks in this mode before you continued with additional config settings. You must still be getting great performance even without Crossfire. Now you can play Black Ops this weekend with us! :)

Well I've been playing CODBO now for an hour or so without crashes. I un-installed all the latest drivers and re-installed older drivers. (11.2 to be precise).
Seems to have solved the issue of playing CODBO with crossfire enabled. I guess they un-did something with the latest drivers release. I will say this though,
This game is absolutely awesome with everything maxed out and all needles pointing north. Yay for me!.
Now I wonder how to bring this to the attention of the good folks at AMD so I can have the best of both worlds. Latest drivers and maximum performance.
Good to go though at the moment. Looking forward to the next CODBO event!.

well prolly not gonna happen. since AMD does the update and they figure its up to game dev to update as well to function with new driver updates.
